  27. World Construction Set is a landscape animation program
  28. written from the perspective of a GIS (Graphic Information
  29. System) package. It can render huge areas (the whole
  30. earth if you like), it uses standard latitude and longitude 
  31. coordinates, and it knows that the earth is a sphere.
  32. It is capable of photorealistic rendering. You can animate
  33. almost anything, and animation is keyframe based with
  34. true spline motion paths (graphically editable) with
  35. tension, continuity and bias control for each keyframe.

  37. It loads and saves LightWave motion paths, and it 
  38. saves z buffer files which a future version of LightWave
  39. should be able to use for 3D compositing.
